We would like to reassure you that we are following official guidelines and Beech Tree Dental Surgery is Covid secure. We now ask that you adhere to the following regulations:
Beech Tree Dental Surgery will implement a uni-directional flow of footfall – the front entrance will be used solely for entry into the building, and the rear door for the exit.
We have a uni-directional decontamination room with negative air pressure and extraction of atmospheric air at 350m³ per hour to ensure constant air circulation and replacement.
Upon arrival we will ask you some screening questions related to Covid-19.
There will be no books, toys or magazines in the waiting area.
We will take your temperature on arrival and ask you to reschedule if you are showing a significantly raised temperature.
Only patients with appointments can attend the surgery (with a single carer if necessary). Arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your allotted appointment time.
Strict cross-infection control procedures are adhered to and we will request that you use a hand disinfectant and an antiseptic mouth wash in house shortly after arrival.
Appointment times will be staggered and longer to allow for settling of aerosols from aerosol generating procedures and thorough disinfection of all surfaces between patients.
Please observe social distancing guidelines wherever possible.
Ensure Covid-19 consent form (available at the foot of this page) is completed and sent prior to arrival for your appointment. Failure to do so will result in postponement of your appointment and a charge for non-attendance.
