Dr. Kit Merrill (BChD)

I graduated from Leeds Dental Institute in December 1992 and following that I spent 2 years working in Yorkshire in a busy City practice. After several locum appointments providing holiday cover in many different parts of Australia, I decided to settle closer to my birthplace.

I have now been practising dentistry in Bristol for 27 years and I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry, with a keen interest in Orthodontics using a variety of methods including clear aligners. I particularly enjoy the level of experience I have obtained during this timescale as it enables me to confidently provide a high standard of care and advice for all.

I have lived in the Southville community close to the surgery for 25 years, I got married in the area and my two children go to the local school.

Eugenijus Vladimirovas (BDS)

I graduated in 2007 from Kaunas Medical University. Since my graduation I have been very interested in professional development. It brought me to my first workplace – one of the biggest implant practices in Lithuania, where I gained valuable experience treating many patients who needed complex dental treatment and implants.

In 2011, I started working as an NHS Dentist in Somerset in the field of general dentistry. Starting in October 2015 I have been working as a fully private dentist in Bristol, providing general dentistry alongside dental implant treatment.

I enjoy providing quality dental care. My focus – honest advice to the patient and lasting dental treatment.

Nuno Borges (LMD)

I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Coimbra, Portugal in 2007. I have worked in Bristol ever since in a busy mixed practice for 15 years. During this period, I have completed various postgraduate courses covering several different aspects of Dentistry. I have a keen interest in Periodontology and will be starting soon a postgraduate Masters at the University of Bristol.

I enjoy treating nervous patients and changing their perceptions regarding dental treatment, which I find very rewarding. I particularly enjoy creating long-lasting friendships with the patients I come across.

Outside of work I am a big football fan and enjoy watching Bristol City and Benfica. I am very passionate about the sea and the countryside where I enjoy going for long walks with my wife.

Ben Lamb DipHE

Dental Hygienist

I graduated from Cardiff University in 2009. I then relocated to Hampshire, working in several dental practices there for 8 years and have since moved back to Bristol. I enjoy providing dental hygiene treatment for all patients but take particular pride in helping nervous patients feel at ease with their dental experience.

Samuel Perkins (CDT)

Dental Technician

I have been working as a Dental Technician since 2007 in a busy laboratory. I took over the running of the laboratory from my father in 2016. Having worked mainly in prosthetics I decided to study to become a Clinical Dental Technician and qualified in 2024.

I have been working with Kit since the beginning of my career in dentistry and didn’t pass up the opportunity to come and work at Beech Tree with the team.

I am results driven and I love to see my patients with their new smiles and seeing my own work come to life.

Nic joined us over 7 years ago and has been using her depth of nursing experience assisting with the placement of dental implants.

Dani joined us in 2021 and is now a fully qualified Dental Nurse.

Amelia Merrill

Practice Manager

Amelia joined us over 3 years ago to officially become part of the team.

With her cabin crew and teaching background she combines her caring customer service knowledge together with her superb organisational skills to manage the day to day running of the practice.
