The practice defines violence and aggression as ‘an incident in which a person is abused, threatened or assaulted in circumstances relating to their work’ including threats, verbal abuse (shouting, swearing, rude gestures), psychological abuse or physical attacks.
Beech Tree Dental Surgery will not tolerate any person who is abusive or violent to any members of staff, patients or guests of our practice.
